Welcome to Gigwork. These terms and conditions govern your use of Gigwork mobile application for various gig works.
Service Description
Gigwork helps Users find and apply for gig jobs posted by us. Users can browse job listings, apply for jobs, and receive invitations to jobs. All accepted jobs are consolidated into a personal calendar for seamless management.
User Accounts
To use our app, Users must create an account. All accounts will be vetted by the admin. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under their account. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Applications and Invitations
Users can apply for jobs listed on the app or receive direct invitations from Gigwork. Applying for a job does not guarantee that the User will be selected for the job. Selection and hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of Gigwork.
Calendar Management
Accepted jobs will be automatically added to the User's in app calendar. Users are responsible for managing their schedules and ensuring they meet their job commitments.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Infringing on any third-party rights.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the app.
